Days for the group event: Friday and Saturday afternoon or evenings
Times: 1-2pm; 4-5pm; 5-6pm or 6-7pm
Special group-rate for 10 or more only $10 per person
Less than 10, we charge $15 per person

Let us come to your home and have a Yoga Party (a one hour session) as part of your occasion or celebration!
(Please include $25 for travel expenses)

• We furnish the Yoga mats, water and hand-towels
* Wear light and comfortable clothing (work-out clothes)
* Refrain from eating a heavy meal before practice
* Avoid putting lotion on hands and/or feet, it makes for a “slippery” practice
